1. Ordering Process
Medigogue Book Hub does not process online payments. All orders are finalized directly with our team via WhatsApp or our contact form. Prices displayed are indicative and may be confirmed at the time of ordering.
2. Availability
Book availability is updated regularly but may change without notice. We will inform you if a book you're interested in is out of stock.
3. Delivery
We deliver countrywide within 1-3 business days. Free pickup available in-store.
4. Returns
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
